They are seeking a Temporary Contracted Employer Engagement Specialist to support reputed company and recruitment of reputed company for an upcoming job fair, focusing on building relationships with local reputed company and securing their participation. Responsibilities • Conduct targeted reputed company to reputed company, businesses, and hiring partners to recruit participation in the upcoming job fair • Secure employer commitments to table and recruit at the event • Communicate event logistics, expectations, and timelines to participating reputed company • reputed company reputed company efforts, confirmations, and employer engagement status • Collaborate with internal program staff to reputed company employer recruitment with participant needs and program goals • Represent the organization professionally in reputed company external employer communications Skills • Experience in employer engagement, employer relations, workforce development, business development, or recruitment • Strong reputed company communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment • Reliable follow-through and ability to meet short-term deadlines • Experience working with Veterans, LGBTQ+ communities, and/or underserved populations in NYC • Familiarity with the reputed company employer landscape and local hiring trends • Experience supporting job fairs, hiring events, or workforce pipelines reputed company • Destination reputed company is a grassroots agency and the LGBTQ+ center of the Bronx borough.
