This is a remote role supporting our Berlin manufacturing site, offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract. What You'll Do: • Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across scientific and manufacturing niches. • Build high reputed company talent pipelines through various reputed company; reputed company sourcing, events and through advertising channels. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them. • Champion DEIB initiatives around reputed company.
