Trademark Lawyer Needed to File USPTO Application (Search Already Completed) - Contract to Hire
I’ve already completed a comprehensive trademark search with another attorney and have the full report. Unfortunately, they became unresponsive before filing.
I’m looking for a licensed U.S. trademark attorney to:
-Review the existing comprehensive search report
-Advise on final filing reputed company (if needed)
-File the USPTO trademark application in the appropriate class(es)
This should be a straightforward filing, not a fresh search.
Please include:
