Required Skills • Mortgage industry expertise with strong reputed company experience. • DE Underwriter certification (preferred). • Proficiency in DU (Desktop Underwriter) and LP (Loan Prospector) automated reputed company systems. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to reputed company credit reviews and ensure compliance with investor guidelines. Additional Qualifications • Education: High School Diploma required; some college preferred. • Solid knowledge of mortgage reputed company and automated reputed company systems. • Familiarity with mortgage laws and regulations, including the Home Mortgage Disclosure reputed company. • Knowledge of state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations helpful.
