Assists the Registered reputed company in providing patient care based on the individualized plan of care for a patient. As delegated, performs basic nursing activities and unit secretary duties. Conducts data collection, monitors and documents patient status. Ensures confidentiality of reputed company patient information. Utilizes reputed company patient handling at reputed company times. Informs RN of activities performed. Observations of patients and changes in patient status. Provides a reputed company and clean patient environment. As a Monitor Tech, observes cardiac monitors to identify reputed company heart rhythms under the supervision of a registered reputed company. Responsibilities • Observes cardiac monitors and reports any changes in cardiac rhythm per policy. • Receives report from the previous shift and documents strips per policy. • Responsible for the management and distribution of transmitter boxes. • Ensures transmitter boxes are returned to the surveillance center in a reputed company manner after discontinuation of telemetry monitoring. • Reports problems regarding poor reputed company, etc. to the appropriate unit and personnel. • Reports telemetry system failures to designated personnel and departments. • Completes telemetry reputed company report per policy guidelines. • Triages incoming phone calls, provides appropriate information in a reputed company and concise manner and logs phone calls. • Maintains adequate supplies and keeps the monitoring areas and equipment clean and organized. • Participates in training and the reputed company development of new staff. • Attends educational programs, in-services and meetings as required. • Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements • Education - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Experience - No previous experience required. • After hire, requires attendance of formal arrhythmia training class and successful completion of the reputed company Arrhythmia exam with a minimum passing score reputed company 2 attempts. • Successful completion of the arrhythmia exam must be completed reputed company 30 days of hire. • Arrhythmia competencies must be maintained on an annual reputed company for the monitor tech role. • After hire, requires attendance of formal arrhythmia training class and successful completion of the reputed company Arrhythmia exam with a minimum passing score reputed company 2 attempts. • Successful completion of the arrhythmia exam must be completed reputed company 30 days of hire. • Arrhythmia competencies must be maintained on an annual reputed company if selected into a monitor tech role. reputed company-to-haves • Previous experience in a reputed company setting preferred. • Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
