Key Responsibilities

  • Document interactions and follow up on outstanding customer issues, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Essential Qualifications
