Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Full-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team in California. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. **Job Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** $15 – $20 per hour

**Working Hours:** 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to maintain a positive customer experience
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records to track customer history and preferences

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework or a degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems to efficiently manage customer inquiries and data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs and business requirements

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
