Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support and resolving queries via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support and guidance to customers via phone, chat, and email
- Use various tools and systems to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional support experiences
- Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
- Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
