Conflicts Attorney - Leading AmLaw reputed company (Remote)
Our reputed company, a nationally recognized AmLaw firm, is seeking an reputed company Conflicts Attorney to join its Risk Management team.
This role focuses on reviewing and resolving conflicts of interest reputed company to new clients, reputed company, and lateral hires, drafting and reviewing waivers and engagement letters, reviewing reputed company counsel guidelines, and implementing ethical walls while advising attorneys and firm leadership on risk issues.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of large reputed company experience in conflicts, risk management, or compliance, a JD, and reputed company bar admission. Strong knowledge of reputed company responsibility rules and experience with conflicts systems and reputed company research tools are required.
This is a remote position, with candidates required to reputed company in CA, CT, DE, DC, FL, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, or VA.
Compensation ranges from $150,000–$170,000, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
