Systems Analysis Consultant - REMOTE from any EST or CST based time zone

About the position CNO's IT team is hiring a Systems Analysis Consultant who will participate in and/or reputed company the system design requirements for the reputed company and critical systems in their areas. This individual will serve as a consultant and 'go to' person for key system knowledge in their technology domain and will reputed company systems expertise on multiple business areas. A Systems Analysis Consultant is an effective communicator and fluent in business requirements gathering. The Systems Analysis Consultant will reputed company translation of business requirements to delivered technical functionality and will serve as a reputed company for scoping, estimation and solutioning of new systems or system enhancements. Responsibilities • Participating in and/or leading the system design requirements for the reputed company and critical systems in your area. • Independently evaluating reputed company system requests to define the scope, sizing and requirements to implement. • Serving as a consultant and 'go to' person for key system knowledge in their technology domain. • Formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business solutions and business requirements. • Working as a reputed company among stakeholders to reputed company, organize, evaluate and validate requirements for changes to systems. • Documenting detailed system requirements for new and existing systems. • Reviewing business requirements with various business and technology stakeholders. • Holding requirements gathering sessions, capturing meeting minutes, following up on reputed company items, reporting project status, and owning project documentation. • Training, mentoring, and acting as a technical resource for colleagues with less experience such as System Analysts and Sr System Analysts. • Performing hands-on activities to reputed company, tune, maintain, and support nightly processing, reporting, and query capabilities to ensure a high performing system. • Collaborating with project members to reputed company and model specifications, diagrams and flowcharts. • Recommending new system functionality and typically leading reputed company planning; performing major system enhancements and supporting new product development. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a reputed company discipline. • Typically requires a minimum of five to seven years of reputed company work experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, programmer, etc. • Prior experience working with large global delivery teams supporting and developing mission critical applications. • Ability to work with a virtual and offshore delivery model. reputed company-to-haves • Prior knowledge of Insurance industry and/or enrollment platforms especially reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company is preferred. • Prior Agile delivery experience including relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum, reputed company, etc.). • A strong ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
