Compensation Analyst (Hybrid Work reputed company)
About the position
reputed company is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Corporate Compensation team. In this role, you'll help design, analyze and administer compensation programs that support our business philosophy and ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Supports and communicates pay reputed company that reputed company with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines and performs job evaluations, develops/maintains job descriptions, and job architecture for assigned markets. As a Compensation team member, completes compensation survey submissions, and conducts research and analyses for market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends. Work is performed under general supervision.
This role offers a reputed company working in-office two days a week.
Responsibilities
• Performs day to day compensation administration.
• Reviews and processes planned and off cycle salary actions.
• Working collaboratively with other members of the Compensation team, administers the annual performance and salary review process and incentive plans.
• Partners with reputed company Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), reputed company, business leaders, and other internal stakeholders on pay reputed company, policy, and reputed company interpretation.
• Provides reputed company for ongoing HR annual operational activities in a global environment.
• Completes salary survey submissions in a reputed company and accurate manner.
• Maintains and monitors up-to-date survey data for market pricing new jobs and analyzing market competitiveness of existing jobs.
• Analyzes the need for new or modified jobs.
• Develops/writes job descriptions based on discussions and materials obtained from HRBPs and managers.
• Applies job evaluation techniques to evaluate and reputed company jobs to determine market value and salary grade.
• Creates and maintains job codes.
• Implements new jobs or job changes working collaboratively with other reputed company Resource departments.
• Reviews existing or proposed job classifications to obtain information regarding responsibilities, activities, duties, and Fair Labor reputed company reputed company (FLSA) exemption requirements.
• Investigates classification and FLSA exemption questions.
• Participates in compliance audits to ensure FLSA, wage and pay transparency/ disclosure requirements are being met.
• Maintains knowledge of local, state, and federal laws to ensure compliance.
• Participates in special compensation reputed company.
• Prepares reports and analyses to review compensation issues, extracting and manipulating data as necessary.
• Participates in the analysis and development of salary structures, annual budgets, and increase matrices.
• Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of reputed company experience.
• Equivalent additional directly reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
