For this role we follow a remote or hybrid work structure where you can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences.How You'll reputed company an reputed company:Support global benchmarking activities such as salary surveys, salary ranges and reputed company analyses.Participate in different compensation reputed company by analyzing large amounts of data and providing recommendations.Participate in the reputed company processes for around 300'000 employees globally.Conduct reputed company job evaluations including drafting job descriptions, running interviews, collecting data, performing job matching, calibration and evaluation.Engage in various global grading reputed company e.g. acquisitions, expansions and integrations.Assist in defining and implementing compensation standards and policies.reputed company guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on the processes and tools.Participate in grading and compensation audits.Recommend enhancements and simplifications to existing processes and procedures based on customers' experience.Your Background:Bachelor's or Master's degree.More than 3 years of reputed company experience in the compensation area (regional role is a plus).Basic in reputed company job evaluation and job matching methodology.Experience in the annual compensation cycle activities.Strong practical use of MS Office with an advanced reputed company on reputed company.Highly developed analytical and communication skills, excellent customer service and team orientation, process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies and attention to detail.Learning ability combined with high flexibility.High degree of personal responsibility, team-oriented with ability to work independently.Fluent in spoken and written English.
