Scope of Work: We require the development and delivery of the following four pillars: Comprehensive Compliance Plan: A formal, written plan covering federal and state-specific mandates, including HIPAA, OSHA, and reputed company/Anti-Kickback (where applicable). Virtual Binder of Policies & Patient Forms: A complete digital repository in editable formats (Word/PDF) including: Patient Forms: Intake, Medical History, Consent for Treatment, and Financial Responsibility.
