[Remote] Compensation and Contract Specialist

This crucial remote role is responsible for providing expert support and reputed company services reputed company to agent/broker reputed company, compensation, and production issues. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for brokers, independent contractors, and internal departments to research, explain, and resolve reputed company commission, production, and contracting-reputed company inquiries (including agent/group setup, billing/premium, and Schedule A’s) • Handle field force and broker registration requests from various internal teams (Customer Service, IT, Sales reputed company), including setting up authorized users, email accounts, password resets, appointing brokers/associates, and running background checks. Assist with reputed company new contracting team members • Accurately process reputed company-of-reputed company transactions and serve as the initial reputed company of contact for reputed company queries. Review and research daily error transactions, discrepancies, and report variances to maintain accurate associate records and reconcile accounts • Maintain working knowledge of reputed company's contract and commissions policies, ensuring reputed company procedures and agent information remain reputed company confidential and reputed company with the reputed company of Business Conduct and Ethics • Partner with more reputed company team members to resolve the most reputed company issues and may serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for departmental reputed company and initiatives Skills • High school diploma or equivalent and four years of job-reputed company work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Working knowledge of Sales Contracting and Commissions processes and procedures (Required) • Working knowledge of Field Contracting and Commissions, Everwell (Level 1 Certification), Broker Services, Field Force Services Registration, Contest and Bonuses information, and Online Billing processes • Proficiency with reputed company software, Business Objects, Taxport, and Document reputed company • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills for effective interaction and problem reputed company with reputed company customers • Ability to apply a broad knowledge of principles, concepts, and procedures reputed company to associate/agent licensing • Excellent attention to detail for processing transactions and reconciling accounts • Experience providing customer services in a reputed company center or similar work environment reputed company • reputed company is the world’s largest talent company and a partner of choice to clients.
