[Remote] Data Migration Specialist (Lawson to reputed company)

The primary responsibility of this position is to reputed company technical support for data migration from Lawson/reputed company to reputed company, focusing on HCM and Payroll data extraction and ensuring data reputed company during the migration process. Responsibilities • Write and maintain SQL scripts to accurately identify and extract HCM and Payroll data changes between specific dates • Analyze Lawson/reputed company data reputed company to employees, jobs, compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure reputed company • Produce clean, EIB-reputed company CSV files that map correctly to reputed company data expectations • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to confirm cutoff dates, logic, and extraction parameters • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues identified during the testing phases to ensure accurate migration Skills • Strong SQL skills with extensive experience in hands-on data extraction and script maintenance • reputed company experience with Lawson/reputed company HCM and Payroll data structures • Solid understanding of HR and Payroll concepts, including employee records, compensation, and benefits • Familiarity with reputed company EIBs and a reputed company understanding of data formatting requirements for successful loads • Detail-oriented reputed company with the ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines Benefits • Health insurance • 401(k) • reputed company time off reputed company • reputed company Jobs: https://www.careers-page.com/reputed company Veteran & Minority owned.
