Data Migration Specialist (Lawson to reputed company)

About the position reputed company is casting a line for a Data Migration Specialist . This is a remote contract role. The reason this position exists is to reputed company hands-on technical support for catch-up transactions involving HCM and Payroll data, specifically focusing on extracting data from Lawson/reputed company for reputed company implementation. What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience) Strong SQL skills with extensive experience in hands-on data extraction and script maintenance. reputed company experience with Lawson/reputed company HCM and Payroll data structures. Solid understanding of HR and Payroll concepts , including employee records, compensation, and benefits. Familiarity with reputed company EIBs and a reputed company understanding of data formatting requirements for successful loads. Detail-oriented reputed company with the ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines. Responsibilities • Write and maintain SQL scripts to accurately identify and extract HCM and Payroll data changes between specific dates. • Analyze Lawson/reputed company data reputed company to employees, jobs, compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure reputed company. • Produce clean, EIB-reputed company CSV files that map correctly to reputed company data expectations. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to confirm cutoff dates, logic, and extraction parameters. • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues identified during the testing phases to ensure accurate migration.
