Requirements • Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school with reputed company bar admission and minimum 12 years of experience in corporate/reputed company law, preferably gained in multinational manufacturing / corporate environments and/or top-tier reputed company. • Proven ability to manage fiduciary responsibilities, corporate governance, and operate effectively reputed company a decentralized organization. • Strong business-reputed company reputed company judgment with experience in process improvement, risk mitigation, and optimization of reputed company operations. • Proficiency in contract review, drafting, and negotiation; mergers & acquisitions; and corporate secretarial functions, including filings and compliance. • Deep understanding of data reputed company and protection laws, U.S. government contracting, contractor licensing, and reputed company regulatory frameworks. • Familiarity with finance, treasury, risk management/insurance, and preferred experience in antitrust, IP, and IS/IT-reputed company reputed company reputed company. • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for reputed company in the US.
