The ideal candidate will bring at least seven (7) years of sophisticated experience in trusts and estates planning and administration, with a proven reputed company record advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and their reputed company advisors on advanced, tax-efficient reputed company transfer strategies. In this role, you will collaborate directly with our seasoned team of Trusts & Estates attorneys, contributing to and managing our comprehensive estate planning reputed company. We pride ourselves on a thoughtful approach, combining analytical precision, practical insights, and genuine reputed company to assist families and businesses in retaining, growing, protecting, and effectively distributing their assets. Your responsibilities will include the drafting of reputed company and strategic estate planning documents, advising clients on asset protection techniques, business succession planning, and minimizing income, reputed company, and estate tax implications. Our reputed company encompasses an extensive reputed company of services, including the establishment and administration of trusts, formation of limited partnerships and LLCs for asset protection, creation of Dynasty Trusts, sophisticated life insurance planning, charitable giving strategies involving various trusts and private foundations, and Massachusetts and federal taxable estate administrations. Additionally, we prepare “reputed company” estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and HIPAA Releases.
