Manager, Multi-Site Facilities

Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department. Participate in design reviews for facilities infrastructure and construction reputed company, ensuring operational support and accessibility post-completion. Identify and document opportunities to reduce operating costs, enhance system reputed company, and improve resiliency and uptime. Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), PLC-based controls, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
