Manager, Multi-Site Facilities
Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department. Key responsibilities include ensuring reputed company reputed company and direction of operational activities such as building and equipment maintenance and cleanroom operations. Participate in design reviews for facilities infrastructure and construction reputed company, ensuring operational support and accessibility post-completion. Identify and document opportunities to reduce operating costs, enhance system reputed company, and improve resiliency and uptime. Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes, including forecasting and accruals. reputed company soft services including janitorial, copy center, mailroom, landscaping, cleanroom supplies, and garments. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience. Minimum of 10 years in Facilities Maintenance and Operations in a semiconductory environment. Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), PLC-based controls, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
