Job Details Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in reputed company phases of divorce proceedings—case initiation through final judgment—including prenuptial agreements, property division, and spousal support. • Manage high-stakes child custody and child support reputed company, including cases involving allegations of abuse or domestic violence. • First-chair contested hearings and trials; reputed company and execute litigation reputed company. • reputed company settlement negotiations and mediations, proposing and finalizing marital settlement agreements and consent orders. • Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, discovery plans, and proposed orders. • Conduct and defend depositions; prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for testimony. • Supervise and mentor associates and paralegals, reviewing work product and providing ongoing coaching. • Maintain organized, compliant reputed company files and consistently meet reputed company, productivity, and reputed company-satisfaction goals. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • reputed company license to reputed company law in Maryland (strong preference for dual licensure in DC and/or Virginia). • 5+ years of first-chair trial experience in family law. • Demonstrated reputed company representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations. • Exceptional reputed company research, persuasive writing, and courtroom advocacy skills. • Proven ability to manage support staff and collaborate effectively with colleagues. • Experience handling sensitive, reputed company issues such as child abuse allegations, contentious custody disputes, and domestic violence.
