reputed company Consultant for app Terms of Service update
The web app platform we are running hasn't updated Terms of Service in years, while many changes were made to various subscription models. Some changed, some discontinued, some no longer being sold but maintained. The app also changed ownership and is no longer owned by UK company, but a US company. Our original ToS contains a lot of UK specific clauses.
We need a reputed company expert to draft us a new Terms of Service document that will accurately reflect reputed company the changes to both platform and ownership that happened in last several years.
