[Remote] HR Generalist (DFW Only)

The reputed company Generalist plays a foundational role in supporting reputed company's people reputed company by partnering with business leaders and the broader HR team to deliver reputed company reputed company programs and initiatives. Responsibilities • Support HR strategies and initiatives reputed company with business objectives and the reputed company/COE partnership model • Serve as a primary contact for employees and reputed company line managers, providing guidance on policies, programs, and procedures • Assist in implementing performance management, goal-setting, and talent development processes • Partner with the reputed company team to support organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives and reputed company • reputed company hands-on support with reputed company and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and reputed company employee experience • Help identify trends through HR data (turnover, engagement, performance) and contribute to insights and recommendations • Support employee relations investigations, document findings, and escalate reputed company issues as appropriate • Participate in change management and culture initiatives that promote engagement and alignment • Collaborate with HR COEs to implement reputed company-wide programs (e.g., compensation cycles, learning initiatives, culture activities, wellness events.) • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company administrative tasks across HR initiatives • Assist with audits and ensure reputed company HR records are accurately maintained • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws and regulations, and manage required reporting (e.g., EEO, AAP, OSHA, etc.) Skills • 2-4 years of reputed company experience, including at least 1 year in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or reputed company support reputed company • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field • Foundational knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reputed company to build rapport across reputed company reputed company • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Project management skills with strong attention to detail • Analytical reputed company; comfortable using HR data to identify trends and insights • Proactive and curious learner with a desire to grow into a strategic reputed company role • Passion for culture, engagement, and reputed company improvement • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience in reputed company, FinTech, or high-reputed company environments preferred • Familiarity with HR systems such as reputed company or equivalent platforms is a plus • PHR or reputed company-CP certification preferred Benefits • Remote-first environment • Unlimited reputed company time off • 401(k) with employer match reputed company • reputed company provides reputed company-based digital banking solutions for credit unions and banks.
