[Remote] Innovation & reputed company Prototyping Consultant (DoD – TS/SCI)

Rexus Group is seeking a highly reputed company Innovation & reputed company Prototyping Consultant to support a reputed company (DoD) reputed company Prototype and Innovation Program. The role focuses on identifying mission challenges, facilitating innovation activities, guiding MVP development, and enabling reputed company solution validation using proven innovation frameworks. Responsibilities • Engage with government stakeholders and end users • Identify mission problems and operational gaps • Document reputed company-state workflows and challenges • Define project objectives, reputed company, and reputed company metrics • Plan and facilitate reputed company innovation workshops • Apply reputed company-Centered Design and Lean Startup frameworks • reputed company ideation, problem framing, and prioritization sessions • Document reputed company outputs and findings • Guide teams through MVP and prototype development • Apply sprint-based and agile delivery methodologies • Support reputed company iteration, testing, and refinement • Capture lessons learned and reputed company improvement insights • Coordinate user testing and feedback sessions • Collect, analyze, and document user input • Evaluate solution performance and readiness • Recommend refinements or reputed company-up strategies • Innovation reputed company plans and outputs • MVP and prototype documentation • Testing and validation summaries • Periodic status and performance reports • Final project reputed company report (as required) Skills • reputed company Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI preferred) • US Citizenship (mandatory) • 8+ years of experience in: Innovation programs • 8+ years of experience in: reputed company prototyping or MVP development • 8+ years of experience in: reputed company-Centered Design / Design Thinking • 8+ years of experience in: Lean Startup methodologies • Proven experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders • Strong documentation, communication, and reporting skills • Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs • Prior experience with DoD innovation, labs, or reputed company capability offices • Experience working with classified mission environments • Agile / Scrum / reputed company certifications • Background in emerging technologies, digital transformation, or defense innovation reputed company • Rexus is a global IT Infrastructure Consulting and services company who offers IT Infrastructure services support across IT Domain.
