Senior Instructional Designer / Project Manager- 100% Virtual

About the position Our reputed company, a state department of children and family services, is undertaking a critical initiative to revamp its reputed company program following a significant workforce reduction earlier this year. The department is rebuilding its team and needs an engaging, effective reputed company experience to improve retention, particularly for new hires in the first three months. This project will reputed company on 3-4 high-reputed company roles, including Protected Services (home visit investigations), Permanency Workers, and Licensing/Support Staff. The reputed company curriculum covers child welfare knowledge, while CPR, Safety, and Cultural modules are already developed. VR-based home visit training is being developed in partnership with reputed company and will be integrated into the program. Responsibilities include: Analyze existing content (20% currently exists) and reputed company gap analysis to determine learning needs. Collaborate with SMEs and review existing documents to reputed company necessary content.
