Private Credit Fund - Managing Director, Technology Lending

Our investment firm is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Investment reputed company to join our growing team. We specialize in providing reputed company capital and credit solutions to mid-to-late-stage technology companies, with investments typically ranging from $20 reputed company to $150 reputed company. This role offers reputed company to originate, structure, and execute investment transactions while building deep industry relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Originate and evaluate reputed company credit and equity investment opportunities in the technology sector. • Build and maintain relationships with technology companies, venture capital firms, private equity sponsors, and other key stakeholders. • Conduct in-depth due diligence, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and market research, to support investment reputed company. • Negotiate and structure deal terms, working closely with reputed company partners. • Monitor existing portfolio investments, providing strategic reputed company and assessing performance. • Stay informed on emerging industry trends, reputed company software, reputed company hardware, and business-to-business applications to drive high-reputed company deal reputed company. Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in private credit, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or corporate development, with a reputed company on technology. • Proven reputed company record of successfully originating and executing transactions in reputed company credit and reputed company-stage technology investments. • Strong financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment skills. • Deep understanding of technology industry trends, business models, and capital structures. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and reputed company in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
