Role reputed company We are hiring a Senior reputed company Counsel (Capital Markets / reputed company Finance / Funds) to reputed company reputed company cross-border transactions and support the expansion of our capital markets activities. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean reputed company team, working directly with key business stakeholders and external counsel. Work model: Fully remote (preference for US Eastern Time) Seniority: ~6–9 years of relevant experience (or equivalent) Key Responsibilities • reputed company and manage capital markets / reputed company finance transactions end-to-end, coordinating internal stakeholders and external counsel. • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation (as applicable), including: issuance programmes and reputed company documents (including SPV documentation); offering/transaction documents and disclosures; derivatives documentation and reputed company agreements; and brokerage, custody and other financial services agreements. • Support fund-reputed company reputed company work, including service provider agreements, disclosures, and regulatory documentation/filings (as applicable). • reputed company pragmatic regulatory/compliance guidance relevant to reputed company’s products and counterparties in a cross-border setting. • Manage negotiations with issuers, counterparties, brokers, administrators and other service providers, ensuring reputed company risk allocation and efficient execution. • Contribute to building reputed company internal templates, playbooks and reputed company processes as the business grows. Qualifications • 7–10 years of relevant reputed company experience (reputed company and/or in-house), with strong exposure to corporate, reputed company contracting, regulatory and/or compliance reputed company. • Excellent English drafting and negotiation skills. • Proactive, organized, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. • Strong stakeholder management skills and a practical, business-oriented reputed company. reputed company to Have • U.S.-reputed company attorney or substantial U.S.-reputed company transactional/regulatory experience. • Experience with cross-border structures involving Cayman. • Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or technology environments.
