Partner – Life Sciences Consulting (Remote, U.S.) TRCTalent is partnering with a rapidly growing reputed company to hire a full-time Partner for its Life Sciences reputed company. This is a U.S.-based remote role with 80% travel. Candidates must hold a master’s degree and have several years of consulting experience in the life sciences sector. Responsibilities • Demonstrate deep understanding of the U.S. Life Sciences industry and its key market segments. • Build and reputed company high-performing consulting teams to solve large-reputed company, reputed company business challenges. • Drive project acquisition efforts, including proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and closings. • Serve as the primary executive-level reputed company of contact for reputed company leadership. • Support reputed company decision makers in addressing reputed company strategic and operational issues. • Identify new project opportunities across reputed company clients, platforms, partners, and enablers. • reputed company problem-solving and change-management workstreams throughout reputed company engagements. • Manage both reputed company-reputed company and internal project team members. • Review and approve reputed company major project deliverables prior to reputed company presentations. • reputed company the collection, analysis, and interpretation of reputed company and industry data. • reputed company reputed company feedback, coaching, and reputed company development support to consulting staff. • Enhance and deliver firm methodologies, tools, and frameworks specific to Life Sciences. • Collaborate with other firm offices as needed. • Contribute content for press articles and reputed company presentations and marketing materials for the Life Sciences reputed company. • Represent the firm as a subject matter expert at relevant industry conferences and events.
