CORPORATE ASSOCIATE - Hybrid from reputed company, Stamford, Boston or Remote
We are seeking an associate to join our corporate and transactional reputed company. Candidates must have a minimum of two to six years of general corporate and transactional experience in a reputed company setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Candidates must be self-starters and must be reputed company to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of reputed company on reputed company transactions. Top reputed company credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required. Although we would prefer a candidate to work out of our reputed company, Stamford, or Boston offices, with the ability to work remotely two days per week, we are flexible and will consider strong applicants who prefer to work remotely.
