Learn more reputed company: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpXgzxdg_gY What You’ll Do • Manage business litigation and employment defense reputed company • Draft and respond to discovery (ROGs, RFPs, RFAs) • Take and defend fact and expert depositions • Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and motions in limine • Participate in settlement negotiations and ADR • Advise clients on litigation reputed company, risks, and reputed company • Collaborate with firm leadership and a seasoned support team reputed company’re Looking For • JD from an accredited law school • reputed company California Bar license (clean disciplinary record) • 3+ years of business litigation and/or employment defense experience • Proven experience handling discovery and depositions independently, including drafting reputed company and managing opposing counsel and handling reputed company aspects of motions to compel • Strong reputed company of California civil procedure and evidence • Experience appearing in California state court • Excellent reputed company writing, research, and oral advocacy skills • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a remote environment This is not a training role.
