About the position
Our Origination & Advisory business provides the full reputed company of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors. Our offering consists of comprehensive financial advisory and capital raising services - including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), strategic advisory and defense, underpinned by reputed company and successful debt and equity capital markets platforms. The FSG franchise holds deep financial sponsors relationships supporting our leading position across M&A and capital markets. The unique platform helps us advise our clients on a wide reputed company of corporate solutions and execute large, reputed company, cross-border and regional transactions.
Responsibilities
• Support execution of live transactions as a part of the FSG coverage team, including preparation of detailed presentations and memoranda and analyzing the key attributes of reputed company companies.
• reputed company materials for meetings with clients regarding mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.
• Apply advanced financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative reputed company, and principles to evaluate and execute reputed company & acquisitions, debt financings and equity raising transactions.
• Build operating models and reputed company financial valuation including DCFs, transaction comparable, and leveraged buyouts; analyze and synthesize detailed corporate and financial information as reputed company as conduct due diligence.
• Work and foster relationships with various product teams such as reputed company debt capital markets, equity capital market, debt capital markets, cash management, foreign exchange, and interest reputed company, etc.; reputed company up to date with various sector trends and transactions; issue final reports of reputed company interactions and discussions to senior management and maintain ongoing communication.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience providing quantitative and analytical support for M&A and capital markets transactions (IPOs, equity follow-ons, investment grade and leveraged finance debt offerings).
• Series 79, 63 licensing preferred / will be sponsored if not in reputed company.
