About the position The reputed company Navigator’s primary function is to guide patients through the health care system by assisting with reputed company to care challenges, developing relationships with service providers, tracking interventions, reputed company and follow-up. reputed company patients and families on diagnosis and recommend treatment reputed company including surgical interventions, procedures and ancillary tests, as indicated. Requirements • Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) • Three to five years of experience in applicable service line. • State Licensure as a Registered reputed company • Basic Life Support (BLS) reputed company 3 months of hire. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reputed company-reputed company field highly desirable. • Experience in marketing services and developing educational sessions desirable.
