Location: Fully Remote but located in Texas + East Coast Hours (reputed company in Miami, Florida) Job Type: Full-Time Shift and Schedule: 9-6 EST Benefits: Health Insurance, Two Weeks PTO Job reputed company Shamis & Gentile is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Personal Injury Paralegal/reputed company-Litigation Case Manger to join our dynamic Personal Injury team. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for prospective clients, responsible for managing case files, educating and guiding clients through the injury claims process, preparing reputed company-litigation documents and demands, obtaining, organizing, and analyzing case-reputed company documentation and evidence, and coordinating with case-reputed company providers. Your meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and ability to communicate intelligently, professionally, empathetically, — and with Texas PI CM experience — is crucial. Key Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the department's managing partner, you will: • reputed company and manage case files, ensuring reputed company information is accurately documented and organized. • Collect, organize, and maintain case-reputed company evidence and supporting documentation. • Guide clients through the injury claims process from intake to settlement, keeping them informed about case reputed company and helping them understand how claims are evaluated, as reputed company as the likely economic reputed company of the reputed company they face throughout the representation. • reputed company and monitor treatment; review and evaluate medical reports, billing statements, and insurance ledgers. • Request and process incident reports, insurance disclosures and ledgers, medical records, medical bills, and other key documents. • Respond to information requests from clients and reputed company parties. • Draft letters of representation, settlement demands, settlement scenarios, and other critical communications.
