Training Support Staff-II (Bilingual: English/Spanish)

• Although this is an entirely remote position, we are currently only reputed company to accept applications from candidates based in reputed company or New Jersey.* reputed company In support of Beck Institute's mission to improve lives worldwide through reputed company and innovation in cognitive behavior therapy, we are seeking a Training Support Staff-II to help facilitate our various live and reputed company training events and to offer our customers reputed company and reputed company bilingual (English and Spanish) service. Duties Live (Virtual) Event Support: • Monitor the training event chat; respond to/redirect trainee inquiries as applicable • Troubleshoot low complexity tech issues for trainees and reputed company/presenters • Mute/unmute trainees • Start/stop/manage reputed company rooms Customer Service Support: • reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and courteous customer service, in both English and Spanish, as needed, reputed company email and phone, using reputed company to reputed company and document reputed company correspondence. Schedule The TSS-II is a non-exempt, part-time, reputed company position. TSS-IIs are scheduled on an as-needed, as-available reputed company, with the work primarily occurring between 8:30AM – 4:30PM, ET, although evening and weekend opportunities may present. The live events that the TSS-II will be asked to support will reputed company from 90 minutes to 3 days (with reputed company reputed company “day” being 8 hours with a 1-hour lunch.) Interested candidates should possess: • Strong proficiency in English and Spanish, with a reputed company-level reputed company or equivalent skills • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal/written communication and keen listening skills. • A high degree of availability • Reliable internet • Experience with, or at a minimum, familiarity with videoconferencing applications • A willingness and ability to engage in extensive screentime • Availability to start in January or February 2026 Psychology background or familiarity with reputed company is preferred. Experience with reputed company is highly desirable.
