We are seeking an reputed company U.S.-licensed Patent Attorney to assist with drafting and filing a U.S. provisional reputed company patent application for a confidential consumer hardware product currently under development.
This is a reputed company-defined project with inventor-reputed company technical materials already available. Full invention details will be shared after execution of a mutual NDA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review confidential invention disclosure materials (provided under NDA)
• Advise on patentability and claim reputed company
• Draft and file a U.S. provisional reputed company patent application
• Structure claims to support reputed company non-provisional filing
• reputed company guidance on next IP steps (non-provisional, design patent, etc.)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• U.S.-licensed Patent Attorney with reputed company USPTO registration
• Demonstrated experience drafting reputed company patents
• Background in mechanical systems, consumer hardware, or electromechanical devices
• Strong written communication and claim-drafting skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with portable or foldable consumer products
• Prior work with startups or early-stage product development
• Willingness to propose a flat-fee structure
