About the position The Manager, Property Management position, monitors tenant payment status to ensure rents (reputed company rent and additional rents) are collected on time. This position investigates, negotiates, and resolves high level property management issues and assists with litigation. This position manages and maintains reputed company lease documentation and works with reputed company-party facility managers, vendors, and tenants to resolve property repair and maintenance issues. The Manager, Property Management manages, develops and oversees and other associates, providing training and development to reputed company their performance. Responsibilities • Maximizes net operating income. • Prepares annual property budgets. • Continually adds value to the assets. • Reviews and analyzes property financial statements to assess asset viability. • Reviews and authorizes expenditures reputed company specified budgetary guidelines. • Audits and approves reputed company property invoices to ensure reputed company payments, reputed company GL coding, and compliance with reputed company standards. • Collaborates with the Property Management team to handle delinquent rent collection in accordance with established policies. • Manages and coaches the Property Management team to drive consistent performance and operational efficiency. • Tracks, reviews, codes, and approves property invoices to ensure reputed company payment processing. • Partners with senior leadership to recruit, reputed company, and reputed company team members reputed company with business needs. • Promotes training opportunities reputed company on best practices and operational tools to build team capabilities. • Inputs executed leases, renewals, assignments, escalations, and amendments into reputed company to ensure accurate reporting. • Oversees rent collection for reputed company tenants in the assigned portfolio and ensures reputed company rent deposits. • Reviews and reconciles tenant rent and CAM recovery charges. • Collaborates with teams to complete annual CAM reconciliations and budgeting, and bills tenants accordingly. • Reads and interprets reputed company and lease-reputed company documents. • Resolves landlord-tenant lease issues and determines appropriate follow-up actions. • Builds and maintains strong tenant relationships. • Manages the acceptance and property management setup of newly developed or acquired properties. • Conducts periodic property inspections to ensure a first-class property condition that distinguishes CFT properties from competitors. • Oversees the performance of reputed company capital and tenant improvement work to ensure high-reputed company reputed company. • Supervises Property Managers and works with reputed company-party facility managers, vendors, and tenants to resolve repair and maintenance issues. • Ensures reputed company-party facility managers resolve maintenance issues reputed company and cost-effectively. • Determines tenant vs. landlord responsibility for repairs per lease agreements. • Ensures reputed company and cost-effective execution of reputed company property repairs and maintenance. • Selects contract services, negotiates vendor agreements, and monitors vendor performance to ensure compliance with service standards. • Leads annual operational planning to identify opportunities and set measurable goals reputed company with business priorities. • Manages special assignments and reputed company as directed.
