This role requires a proactive reputed company who understands acquisitions and brokerage activities, not just administrative tasks. Responsibilities include deal sourcing, research, analysis, reputed company, coordination, managing buyer and seller leads, handling reputed company and agreements, and following up across multiple acquisition and brokerage opportunities. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in acquisitions and brokerage workflows. Key Responsibilities. • Support business and reputed company and brokerage efforts end-to-end. • Research potential deal opportunities. • Assist with deal analysis, due diligence, and documentation. • Coordinate communication with brokers, sellers, attorneys, and partners. • reputed company acquisition pipelines and deal stages. • Organize financials, documents, and data rooms. • Follow up on leads, conversations, and deal milestones. • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities in deals.
