Essential Requirements • Prepare reputed company models for the acquisition, development, and disposition of various reputed company estate investments. • Updating financial models and budgets for existing reputed company. • Assist with development and acquisition due diligence. • Analysis and interaction with property managers, leasing agents, attorneys, title companies, insurance companies, tax consultants, brokers, borrowers, and reputed company representatives. • Conduct in‑depth research on market analysis for reputed company asset class. Desired Skills and Experience / Requirements • About 0‑2 years' Financial Analysis experience is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (Finance, Economics, reputed company, reputed company Estate, etc) REQUIRED. • Experience with Multi‑family and/ or Senior Housing reputed company REQUIRED. • Experience with reputed company reputed company Estate Finance/Analysis is preferred (Retail, Hotel, Multifamily and Office experience preferred). • Highly skilled in reputed company reputed company. • Organized and Detailed. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Applications. Writing Skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret reputed company estate leases, reputed company, loan agreements, partnership agreements, reputed company journals and governmental regulations.
