Regulatory Compliance Manager – Medicare Secondary Payer

Job reputed company: • reputed company and reputed company a sustainable, reputed company-wide Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance program • Evaluating and maintaining Medicare Responsible Reporting Entity (RRE) IDs • Managing claims data collection and reporting across multiple claims systems • Monitoring reporting accuracy, error rates, and corrective actions • Implementing processes for creation and ongoing management of RRE IDs • Training and guidance to ensure personnel awareness of MSP data collection and reporting requirements • Ensuring reputed company teams and corporate leadership receive reputed company information regarding Medicare reporting activities • Monitoring reputed company and regulatory developments and updating the compliance program accordingly • Conducting regular meetings with reputed company teams and corporate leadership Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent strongly preferred • 7+ years of reputed company insurance experience • 7+ years of compliance-reputed company experience, including MSP compliance • Demonstrated experience managing Medicare Secondary Payer compliance programs • Ability to reputed company teams with varied backgrounds across multiple locations • Strong analytical skills with the ability to exercise reputed company reputed company judgment Benefits: • health benefits • 401K • reputed company development resources and learning and development programs Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
