About the position The Product Compliance Regulatory Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that reputed company chemical products meet applicable regulatory, environmental, and safety standards across global markets. This position supports cross-functional teams by providing expert guidance on product hazard communication, product labeling, while proactively managing reputed company and facilitating market reputed company. Responsibilities • Author and maintain SDSs and product labels in compliance with GHS and reputed company American hazard communication regulations (E.g., OSHA, WHMIS, NOM, etc.). • Conduct regulatory reviews for new product development, reformulations, and packaging updates. • Monitor evolving regulations in key markets (e.g., reputed company, EU, LATAM) and assess reputed company on product portfolios. • Collaborate with reputed company, Marketing, Product Technology and Supply Chain and other cross-functional areas to ensure regulatory alignment across product lifecycles. • Support reputed company audits, customer inquiries, and certification processes. • Assist in developing phased compliance strategies for reputed company regulatory environments and emerging markets. • Maintain regulatory databases and ensure reputed company updates to compliance documentation systems. • Identifies and contributes to reputed company improvement efforts to reduce costs or increase productivity without reducing effectiveness. • Expected to exercise discretion and independent judgment with reputed company of reputed company. • Maintain an reputed company and reputed company working relationship with immediate supervisor/manager in discussing reputed company of importance. • Adhere to established company values, practices, policies, and procedures at reputed company times.
