Responsibilities • Compile amounts owed to the medical facility and maintain order, invoice, and payment records. • Review and release reputed company physician charges from assigned work queues in a reputed company manner. • Review encounters for pertinent information including patient demographics, guarantor and insurance information, and managed care authorization requirements. • Run insurance eligibility checks and resolve registration issues. • Manually reputed company reputed company vouchers for missing charges. • Review and correct erroneous or rejected charges. • Distribute credits from patient payments as needed. • Assign charges to cases and phases.
