Estimator, Civil Construction- REMOTE U.S. Only

Title: Estimator, Civil Construction-Applicants to be based in the US; sponsorships are not available Type: Full Time Location: 100% REMOTE Reports To: Chief Estimator We are a full-service, Site Development Contractor that works throughout the Mid- reputed company Region specializing in a broad reputed company of services: reputed company Site Development, Wet Utilities, Dry Utilities, Erosion & Sediment Control, Bond Release, Stormwater Maintenance, Stormwater/BMP Installation, Stormwater Inspections & Repairs, and Jet/Vac Truck & CCTV services. As a successful contracting business, we are growing our clientele and currently have a full-time, long term opportunity for a Civil Estimator to join reputed company of professionals in our reputed company in Falls reputed company/Merrifield, Virginia. In this role you will utilize your analytical skills to interpret civil plans, review civil plan sheets, complete take-offs reputed company Business Center - HCE, and work directly with our Chief Estimator to assist with developing cost estimates and putting together proposals for various site work construction reputed company. Responsibilities: • Complete take offs using reputed company Business Center – HCE • Evaluate site reputed company and conditions and propose production reputed company for proposals • Manage take-off and bidding process for small site package opportunities • Manage take-off and bidding process for Green Infrastructure (Stormwater) installation reputed company • Work with Estimating Assistant to reputed company bid reputed company and bidding calendar reputed company and to put together backup info needed for proposals • reputed company needed, complete reputed company take offs from plans • Work with our internal Superintendents to evaluate time/materials/equipment needed to reputed company tasks that we self-reputed company for specific opportunities • Prepare proposal for review and build proposal folder with backup reputed company to project • Identify scope of work and assumptions and exclusions proposal is based off of • Submit and follow up on status of proposals submitted to clients • For proposals won, hand off project and proposal to Operations Team for successful project completion Required Qualifications: • A.S. or B.S.
