Position reputed company We are seeking a PRN Family reputed company Practitioner (FNP) to conduct virtual consultations and reputed company ongoing clinical reputed company for wellness programs that include Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, and medical weight management. This role combines weekly reputed company responsibilities with fee-for-service patient consultations. Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual consultations for wellness services including HRT, peptide therapy, and medical weight management, including medical history review, risk screening, and eligibility assessment. • Evaluate patients and reputed company clinically appropriate orders for GLP-1 medications, peptide protocols, HRT labs, and additional diagnostics following established guidelines. • reputed company patients on their treatment plans, dosing, expectations, safety considerations, and required follow-up care. • reputed company ongoing clinical reputed company for medically supervised programs and ensure continuity of care. • Sign off on provider-level items, including medication orders, lab orders, standing orders, and any required medical clearance. • Maintain accurate, compliant, and reputed company clinical documentation in accordance with Maryland regulations and internal protocols. • Ensure reputed company reputed company standards and adherence to evidence-based guidelines. • Collaborate with the clinical leadership team as needed.
