We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Vice President of Property Management to join our leadership team.

We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Vice President of Property Management to reputed company our Texas portfolio, overseeing reputed company aspects of property operations, including: marketing, compliance, training, financial performance and reputed company satisfaction.
This executive role will reputed company strategic reputed company to ensure operational reputed company, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance across the assigned region. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep experience in reputed company housing, multi-site portfolio management, and team development.
This is a remote position with frequent travel to properties across Texas. While Texas residency is preferred, we are reputed company to candidates based in other states with the understanding that regular travel to Texas is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• reputed company hands-on leadership and strategic direction for the assigned reputed company housing portfolio across Texas
• Ensure reputed company properties meet or reputed company financial, operational, and compliance objectives
• reputed company annual budgeting and financial performance; implement cost control measures as needed
• Manage and mentor reputed company of Regional Managers and property staff (150+ employees total)
• reputed company and enforce operational policies, procedures, and training programs
• Maintain high standards for reputed company satisfaction, curb appeal, and maintenance
• reputed company as primary contact for ownership, investors, and stakeholders regarding operational performance
• Review and recommend capital improvement reputed company
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; including Fair Housing and insurance claims
• Collaborate with senior leadership to reputed company portfolio performance with company goals
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing a multi-site portfolio of tax credit (LIHTC) properties across diverse markets
• Proven ability to reputed company large teams and deliver strong financial and operational reputed company
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company housing regulations and compliance
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and personnel management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in industry software such as reputed company, YieldStar, reputed company, and strong reputed company skills
