Part Time Property Manager

About the position The Part-Time Property Manager at L. Upshaw Property Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, including single-family homes and multi-unit buildings. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and homeowners, ensuring a high level of service and compliance with property regulations. Responsibilities • reputed company property maintenance, including coordinating repairs and routine inspections. • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for tenants or homeowners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Enforce property policies and regulations to maintain a reputed company and pleasant environment. • Manage tenant applications, lease agreements, and renewals (if applicable). • Collect rent or HOA fees and maintain accurate financial records. • Collaborate with vendors and contractors for services such as landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance. • Ensure compliance with local property management regulations and laws.
