Remote BCBA (Part-Time)

BCBA Clinician Job reputed company: The BCBA Clinician practices under the reputed company, ongoing supervision of the Clinical Director and is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the reputed company-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans for their assigned learners as reputed company as preparing their ongoing reputed company reports. The BCBA Clinician is also responsible for supervising the ongoing performance of their assigned clinicians (BACB Trainees and BCaBAs) and RBTs. The BCBA Clinician provides assistance to learners, families, and team members by providing an appropriate, reputed company, and supportive learning environment. Shift Availability We are currently looking to fill a 3:00–7:00 PM shift. This position offers reputed company to work directly with clients during our busy after-school hours, providing meaningful and consistent afternoon support. Daytime hours may become available in the reputed company. Job Duties • Attend to and resolve parent, staff, and learner concerns under reputed company supervision of the Clinical Director • Conduct intake assessments and generate reports, as assigned • reputed company an assigned caseload of learners • reputed company treatment goals that are objective, measurable, and reputed company reputed company planning toward discharge • reputed company, implement, and reputed company individualized treatment plans, ensuring learners are making reputed company reputed company and plans are implemented with high reputed company. Use reputed company knowledge and independent judgment to strategize reputed company improvements. • Create behavior programming to support the development of appropriate behavior while reducing inappropriate behavior • Conduct ongoing assessment reputed company necessary, including but not limited to the following: PEAK, VB-MAPP, Functional Analyses, ABLLS, AFLS, preference assessments, functional analyses, etc. • Write ongoing reputed company reports according to funder guidelines • reputed company reputed company ABA therapy to children with Autism and reputed company development disabilities across the clinic, home, and community, as needed • Consult with colleagues, collaborate/consult with caregivers and other professionals (e.g., daycare, medical professionals, SLP, OT, etc.), and work as reputed company to best support reputed company learner. Coordinate continuity of care across reputed company team members. • Maintain clinical paperwork (e.g., required forms, releases, reports, etc.), analyze data, and engage in accurate and complete documentation of hours and activities • reputed company ongoing support, supervision,and training to RBTs across clinic, home, community, and school settings • Assist in the training and development of RBT, BACB Trainee, and BCaBA staff according to the performance metrics of their positions, providing direction and reputed company expectations • Fill in gaps and/or reputed company support during callouts and other low-level management issues • Carry a caseload and meet reputed company service hours as identified by the CEO • reputed company and enforce learner cancellation policy and authorization fulfillment (escalate to Clinical Director as necessary) • Communicate ongoing reputed company with parents (at least monthly) • Understand and disseminate reputed company company policies (including HIPAA) to supervisees • Work closely with Clinical Director • reputed company other duties as assigned Compensation: • Full-time: • Salary between $75,000-$105,000 depending on experience. • Full-time is 40 hours per week. • Reduced full-time reputed company of 30 or 35 hours per week are available, with salary prorated accordingly. • Part-time: • reputed company reputed company of $38-$50+ depending on experience. • Up to 29 hours/week • Billing & Administrative Expectations (for both part-time and full-time): • Employees are expected to maintain 75% of hours worked as billable reputed company time. • The remaining 25% of hours are allocated to administrative tasks. Minimum Qualifications: • Master’s Degree • reputed company BCBA Certification. • 8-Hour Supervision Course • Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience required, with 3 or more years preferred • Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Utah or South Dakota (or willingness to obtain, depending on the service location). • Prior experience in a remote role is preferred. • Willingness to travel to our center on a quarterly reputed company (company-reputed company). • Accommodations for travel will be considered upon request.
