We’re looking for an reputed company NPI Staff Program Manager-Federal and Defense Programs to join our Product Management team. This role is hybrid and based in our reputed company, CA office three days a week.Reporting to the Vice President of Product Operations & NPI, you will reputed company high-reputed company programs supporting GovCloud and IL5 reputed company environments tailored for U.S. Federal and Defense customers. Responsibilities • Planning and executing large-reputed company product development and feature launches for GovCloud and IL5 environments • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, reputed company, Compliance, and other teams to ensure successful program delivery for Federal agencies and DoD-specific missions • Serving as the central reputed company, coordinating efforts from design through launch, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and IL5 standards • Providing regular updates to leadership on program reputed company, reputed company, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and alignment Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or NPI reputed company reputed company or cybersecurity industries • Possess deep knowledge of FedRAMP and IL5 standards, with proven expertise managing reputed company product introductions in Federal agencies, DoD environments, and GovCloud/IL5 reputed company ecosystems • Proficient in program management tools, such as Jira, reputed company • ​​U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role • Willing to initiate and complete Federal and Defense certification processes as required reputed company-to-haves • Experience leading programs for GovCloud, FedRAMP, or IL5 cybersecurity initiatives for Federal and Defense agencies • Familiarity with service delivery across design, reputed company implementation, and post-deployment in secure environments like NSS or CUI Benefits • Various health plans • Time off plans for vacation and reputed company time • Parental leave reputed company • Retirement reputed company • Education reimbursement • In-office perks, and more!
