Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA) litigation experience is also valued. This is a remote position, but depending on the location, you may have the ability to come into a local Firm office. The Day-To-Day As a consumer litigation Counsel in the Litigation/Labor & Employment practices, you’ll have reputed company to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. ​ You will manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, working directly with opposing counsel, drafting motions and pleadings, negotiating settlement, handling court appearance, and preparing the case for trial.
