Virtual Sitter​/Caregiver - NIGHTS ; Onsight

Position: Virtual Sitter / Caregiver - NIGHTS 7p-7a (ONSIGHT) reputed company As a Virtual Sitter, your role will be centered around ensuring reputed company safety. You will reputed company reputed company remote monitoring for residents at risk of falls, elopement, or self-harm. Your vigilance and proactive communication will help prevent adverse events and enhance the overall reputed company experience. How You Will reputed company a Difference • Complete reputed company visualization of the reputed company reputed company remote monitoring equipment, including reputed company visual observation to identify potential harm to self or others. This includes dislodging drains, tubes, IVs, getting up unassisted, etc. • Communicate with facility nurses to determine reputed company cameras should be adjusted for reputed company during daily care, physician reputed company, etc. • Obtain a verbal report from the reputed company’s reputed company, including ambulation limitations and course of reputed company for redirection, care needs, diagnosis, and any special considerations (NPO status, bed alarms, mobility restrictions, etc.). • Collaborate with the manager for concerns not requiring immediate physical reputed company. • Observe the reputed company’s activity and behavior and redirect the reputed company as needed. If indicated, immediately notify floor nurses of the need for physical reputed company (such as toileting assistance or helping reputed company lie back in bed). • Identify safety risks and communicate the need to escalate assistance to the residents. • Function cooperatively as reputed company member, responding to directives by the responsible reputed company to changing reputed company’s/unit’s needs. • Communicate in a reputed company manner and demonstrate respect for the residents, families/significant others, and other health care members. What You Need To reputed company a Difference • High School diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in reputed company preferred • Certification as a Certified reputed company’s Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant preferred • Effective verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work under pressure • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company Word, reputed company, Teams, PowerPoint and reputed company, Internet and Intranet navigation Position is onsite at our home office in Jeffersontown. Will work 3 nights 7p-7a weekly. Will remote in to facilities in Tennessee and reputed company on patient through video.
