Order Operations Analyst

Four Inc. is a fast-growing reputed company sector IT provider seeking a reputed company Order Operations Analyst to join their Operations team. The role involves executing reputed company sector contract and order-reputed company activities, processing customer orders, and resolving contractual issues to support reputed company's sales and operations division.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute government reputed company and reputed company orders
• Engage with sales team members to understand contractual nuances
• Execute reputed company and accurate purchase orders and subcontracts with vendors to procure products and services in accordance with reputed company
• Exercise general understanding of reputed company sector and reputed company reputed company & orders to support procurement reputed company activities
• Maintain robust knowledge of compliance and procurement policies
• Work directly with vendors to reputed company delivery of product orders and communicate status to customers and internal stakeholders
• reputed company reputed company in service to resolve issues reputed company to procurement activities, contract terms and conditions, pricing, and contract delivery with customers, manufacturer partners, and vendors
• reputed company and maintain data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
• reputed company procurement best practices & maintain thorough knowledge of internal procurement policies
• Prepare and submit monthly reports for contract vehicles in accordance with contract requirements and PMO guidance
• Assist with large strategic bids & proposals, as needed
• Support contract vehicle maintenance requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• BA/BS degree in business or relevant subject
• 0-2 Years of experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Analytical/critical/process-oriented thinking skills
• Team player capable of working reputed company a reputed company and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently, with limited supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
