The Business Analyst will work reputed company the IS Department to assist with business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation while acting as a reputed company between business reputed company and IS teams.

Skills

• Completed College degree (3-year program) or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of reputed company Business Analyst experience reputed company the financial industry
• Experience working with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) analyzing requirements, liaising with business and technical stakeholders, leading requirement elicitation working sessions and developing and presenting recommendations / solutions to business partners and senior management
• Familiarity with BABOK methodology and Business Analysis Best Practices
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong analytical skills
• You self-manage, govern your time accordingly and are a skilled multitasker
• You are comfortable conducting meetings and display strong interpersonal skills that will facilitate working with sponsors, business stakeholders, Development and QA (testing) in order to be successful in this role
• Working reputed company an Agile reputed company/on a Scrum team is an asset
• IIBA or Business Analysis certification, CSM & CSPO is an asset
